4-Week Workshop w/progressive instruction

AcroYoga blends the mindfulness and mobility of yoga with the dynamic movement and coordination of partner acrobatics. Working in teams of two or more, you’ll develop balance, total-body tension, spatial awareness, and communication — all in a safe, supportive environment. Feel free to climb on days of your class at no extra charge for a day pass!*
Classes will focus on spotting fundamentals, basic L-basing, partner and solo mobility work, supported inversions, and foundational progressions. Expect to move, laugh, problem-solve, and leave feeling worked in all the right ways.

This workshop is perfect if you’re brand new to acro — no experience required. We’ll cover etiquette, safety, body awareness, and foundational poses before building progressively into more dynamic skills over the 4-week series.
Whether you’re looking to improve your climbing performance, prevent injury, or just connect with your climbing community in a new way, this series will lay the groundwork for a strong, sustainable acro practice.
Even though this is a progression class, new participants are welcome at any point during the 4-week session.
