Yoga: Peak Pose Form with Monsse Amador

Slow paced and thorough, peak pose classes are perfect for any beginner or seasoned yogi. These classes are built with a final "peak pose" in mind. Students will open, strengthen, and tone certain areas of the body in preparation for the peak pose. (Many variations and alternative movements will be explored for students of all levels.)

This class is free to members. Non-members must purchase a Day Pass to register.

Please BYOM (bring your own mat).
