A vinyasa based class that will guide you through a physical practice that links yoga poses with our breath, focusing on building strength in primary muscle groups. Class is themed around challenging ourselves in a fun way to build strength, both physically and mentally, and increase overall resilience.
Please bring your own mat and feel free to bring blocks if you like to incorporate these into your practice.
