Yoga: Recovery Hatha with Kelly Reinhart

A hatha and yin based class that will guide you through the practice of physical postures and breathing techniques. Class will be slow and steady with a focus on stretching out primary muscle groups. Mindfulness and breath cues will be offered throughout the class to help students with being present and strengthening the mind-body connection.
Please bring your own mat and feel free to bring blocks if you like to incorporate these into your practice
