Top Rope Belay Test

To successfully pass assessment, belayer must demonstrate competency in all areas. Comments may be given for further improvement or practicing when applicable. Demonstrating competency in an area requires understanding of action or method, along with the ability to correctly apply knowledge to various situations. This assessment grants top rope belay privileges only to the person named on this document, and no one else.

Staff must back-up belay throughout assessment.
