ANTI-HARASSMENT AND ANTI-BULLYING POLICY POLICY

We believe that having a culture that is diverse, equitable and inclusive is core to everything that we strive to achieve and to the organisational environment we wish to protect. We do a lot to support our inclusive culture, and will not allow harassment and bullying from customer. You can read more about this in our: TCA Anti-Harassment and Anti-Bullying Policy

CHILD SAFEGUARDING POLICY

We openly promote an environment where all staff members, instructors, coaches, volunteer coaches and parents (supporting activities as helpers) share a common responsibility and duty of care to the children visiting TCA climbing walls and participating on TCA courses. CCTV POLICY

We use closed circuit television (CCTV) images to provide a safe and secure environment for employees and for visitors to the company’s business premises, such as clients, customers, contractors and suppliers, and to protect the company’s property: TCA CCTV Policy
