Participant
This membership entitles the participant to attend a specific roster of our Youth Clubs (12+) Classes at The Newsroom and Prop Store. In addition, the membership grants one “Guest Pass” per calendar month, which may be used by any customer to climb at any TCA centre, provided they are appropriately registered at TCA.
Payments are taken automatically each month in advance via the payment method provided at registration. The first payment is taken at the time of booking; subsequent payments are taken on the 2nd day of each month.
Cancellation and Notice: Payments run on a rolling monthly basis and require one full month’s written notice to cancel. Notice must be given by email and will be effective from the date of receipt by TCA. Once a payment has been taken, no refunds are issued for unused sessions or partial months. Your enrollment in the class will remain active and payments will continue until valid notice is received and the notice period has ended.
Price Changes: We may update class prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued participation after this period confirms acceptance of the new rate.
Session Breaks and Adjusted Payments: Our classes run in line with school term dates, with planned breaks throughout the year (for example, over Christmas and during April). The monthly fee represents the total cost of all classes delivered between August and June, averaged evenly across these 11 months. There is no payment taken in July, and participants will remain on the roster during this period. All planned breaks will be communicated in advance via email or posted on our website.
Payment Failures: If a payment fails, you will be contacted to update your payment details. The due balance must be paid within one month, otherwise your enrollment in the class will be cancelled and you will be removed from future classes.
Cancellation by TCA TCA will make every attempt to ensure that classes run. There may be circumstances outside the control of TCA such as (staff sickness or unforeseen emergencies) that would require TCA to cancel sessions with less than 24hrs notice. In the event of TCA cancelling a class the client shall be entitled to one of the following: Up to 1 session cancelled per year: no refund will be issued. More than 1 session cancelled per year: the client will be entitled to a refund equivalent to the cost of one class.
