PROJECT BLACKOUT

We’re switching off the mains and lighting up the nave with nothing but head torches for Project Blackout @ The Church.

Come and experience climbing in a completely different way.
Familiar routes feel brand new against pitch-black walls.
Whether you’re cruising the auto-belays, tackling the top-ropes, or linking moves on lead, the darkness adds a whole new layer of adventure to every move.

This will be a brilliant community night to grab a partner, click on your beams and enjoy the unique headspace of night climbing.

No community night is complete without some decent refuelling, Tenzing will be providing a free drink for every customer plus we'll have great snacks and hot cuppas.

The Essentials:

When: 28 March | Doors open 6.30pm | Climbing 7-9pm
Entry: £5 for pass-holders | £19.50 for adult PAYG | £14.80 for U16 PAYG
Gear: Head torches are mandatory (please bring your own) Petzl will be in attendance with a rep, and head torches will be available to purchase from The Church shop if needed.
Vibe: Plenty of atmosphere
