Ever watched climbers at the wall and thought, “That looks fun… but I’d need someone to show me how to start”?

That’s exactly what She Rocks is here for.

This 6-week beginner bouldering course is just for women, especially those who want a welcoming and encouraging introduction to climbing. Whether you're getting back into movement, finding your feet postpartum, switching up your routine, or simply keen to learn something new, you're in the right place.

Whether you're in your 30s, 40s, 50s or beyond, this course is for you if:
– You like the idea of climbing but don't know where to start
– You want guidance, support, and space to build confidence with like-minded people
– You’re ready to try something that challenges you at a pace that suits you

Each week, you’ll learn fundamental climbing techniques and learn the ins and outs of bouldering in a relaxed, friendly setting. By the end, you’ll have the skills to climb independently, and if you want to keep going, you can join our Women’s Boulder Social.

Participants can also take advantacge of a 10% Discount on all Shoes, Chalk Bags and Chalk for the duration of the 6 week course to get you started on the right foot.

Come and climb with other women who understand what it’s like to start fresh. No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to give it a go.

Curious about bouldering but not sure where to start? Our friendly staff will guide you through the centre, teach essential techniques and share tips to help you climb safely and confidently.

After your induction, you’re welcome to stay and keep climbing. At TCA your 2nd visit is free of charge, so you can return and build on what you’ve learned.

Inductions aren’t essential – you can drop in to start bouldering anytime – but they're the perfect way to kick off your climbing journey with expert guidance. Join us and discover the incredible world of bouldering, where every climb brings new challenges and achievements.
