Meet Your Instructor: Jack
TCA staff member and qualified yoga teacher Jack Parrott discovered yoga at a London climbing gym and trained in Bali. He’s taught at Green Climbers Home in Laos and brings a climber’s perspective to every session. When he’s not climbing or teaching, Jack enjoys trail running, wild swimming, and cooking vegan food.
