Waiver and Release of Liability

Before participating in any activity at the Boulder Garden, all participants are required to fill out a waiver. Adults can complete their own waiver, and add any supervised youth on the same form.

Once the waiver is submitted, you'll receive an email to create a Boulder Garden account - giving you easy access to manage memberships, passes, event registrations and other account details.
