Monday – Friday, between 9am – 2pm

Grow together! Get your team out of the office and onto the wall for a unique, active team-building experience at The Boulder Garden. Build confidence, discover new strengths, and connect with your coworkers through climbing, hands-on coaching, and staff-led team-building challenges.

No prior climbing experience is needed — our staff will help everyone feel comfortable, challenged, and supported throughout the outing.

What’s Included:

Hands-On Coaching & Climbing Guidance: Our staff will introduce your group to bouldering, cover the fundamentals, and provide hands-on coaching and encouragement throughout the experience.

Team-Building Exercises: Staff-led challenges and activities get your team communicating, problem-solving, and working together in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Supervised Climbing: Enjoy dedicated climbing time with our staff available to help participants choose appropriate climbs, learn technique, and challenge themselves at their own pace.

All Gear Included: Climbing shoes and necessary rental equipment are included for all participants.

A Unique Team Experience: Step away from the typical workday and give your team an active, social experience designed to build connection, confidence, and a little friendly competition.

$300.00 / hour / up to 24 participants
$600.00 / hour / 25 - 48 participants
$900.00 / hour / 49 - 72 participants
$600 deposit
