Join us for a 1-hour yoga class tailored to enhance your climbing experience and hone your craft! Whether you're new to climbing or a seasoned pro, our flow-based classes will help you build flexibility, strength, and mobility, while cultivating the mental resilience essential for tackling challenging climbs and overall mental wellness.
Class Details:
Location: Boulder Garden, entrance via the main front entrance.
Parking: Available in the Farmers Market lot.
Class Duration: 1 hour
Arrive Early: Please arrive up to 15 minutes before class start. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter.
Yoga Gear: We provide mats, blocks, and straps. Feel free to bring your own equipment if you prefer.
Pricing: Free for members ((discount applied at check out)). Non-members: $20 (includes climbing day pass).
Waitlist & Refunds: Waitlist is available, and refunds are allowed up to 24 hours before class. Since we have limited space allowing for 1:1 interaction and want to make sure all that take a class are able, we ask that you cancel in advance of 24 hours prior to class.

Yoga with Julianne: Mondays at 7:45 AM, starting January 6th
Yoga with Mia: Fridays at 7:45 AM, starting January 10th
Yoga with Olivia: Sundays at 10:00 AM, starting January 12th
