Join Sam for a 6-week strength training bootcamp! This series is designed to challenge and empower you with one unique class per week, offered at multiple times to fit your schedule. Want to attend more than once per week? No problem—Sam will provide exercise variations for those training 2x/week.
Class Schedule:
Tuesdays: 7:00–8:00 AM & 6:30–7:30 PM
Thursdays: 7:00–8:00 AM & 7:00–8:00 PM
Each session is limited to 8 participants to ensure personalized attention and a quality training experience.
Pricing:
$150 for 6 sessions / $250 for 12 sessions
