This class is for all-level practitioners — brand new, returning, and seasoned!
Beginning with a breath-focused arrival, moving into a more active practice baked full of opportunity for strengthening and stretching (based on class need), and completing with integration and rest — this practice will focus on embodiment, community, and connection.
Come move and breathe in the support of your community, and watch your practice translate off the mat and onto the climbing wall! All are welcome!
In this 2 hour class, participants will learn:
-How to put on a harness and check a partner’s harness
-How to tie in with a figure eight retrace and check that the knot is correct
-How to set up a tube style belay device
-How to safely top rope belay with the PBUS method
-How to safely lower a climber
-Proper pre-climb safety checks and climber belayer communication

Vinyasa classes offer a dynamic flow that energizes the body and spirit and links breath to movement! Just like our All Levels classes, her classes also cater to everyone! You'll leave feeling more present and in tune with your body. All are welcome!
In this 1 hour class, participants will learn:
-The differences between roped climbing and bouldering
-Bouldering and roped climbs grading systems
-How to safely boulder and fall
-How to use auto belays
-Gym climbing etiquette
-Basic climbing movement skills and drills
-Basic climbing terminology
