One Person | One Payment
• Ages 16 +
• No Initiation fees.
• One time Prepaid billed on the day of purchase.
• I understand that tax and fees are not included in the base price.

Freeze and Cancellation Policy
• Manage your membership by going to My Account.
• This membership is not allowed to freeze or cancel the membership and no refunds are offered once it is purchased.
