Membership Options

• Duo Membership: Two members
• Trio Membership: Three members
• Family Membership: Four or more eligible family members

Family Membership Eligibility

A Duo, Trio, or Family Membership may include spouses or romantically involved partners and their dependent children ages 18 and under. All members must live at the same physical address. Roommates do not qualify for these memberships.

Multiple Members | One Payment

• The purchasing customer must be age 16 or older.
• The purchasing customer is financially responsible for all memberships included in the purchase.
• Taxes and fees may apply at checkout.

Membership Management & Cancellation

• The purchasing customer is responsible for managing and canceling all associated memberships through the MY ACCOUNT page. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• If managing multiple memberships, select each membership you wish to cancel. Canceling one member does not automatically cancel the other associated memberships.
• Removing one or more members may change the applicable membership type and rate for the remaining members.
• Refunds are not provided for forgetting to cancel, unused membership time, injury, illness, relocation, travel, or schedule changes. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by Vertical View management.
• Cancellation forfeits any discounted rate. Future memberships will be billed at current rates.
