Membership Benefits

Membership Options

• Duo Membership: Two members
• Trio Membership: Three members
• Family Membership: Four or more eligible family members

Family Membership Eligibility

A Family Membership may include spouses or romantically involved partners and their dependent children ages 18 and under. All members must live at the same physical address.

Multiple Members | One Payment

• The purchasing customer must be age 16 or older.
• The purchasing customer is financially responsible for all memberships included in the purchase.
• No initiation fees
• Taxes and fees may apply at checkout
• Get 12 months of membership for the price of 11 months. That is one free month with a prepaid year!
• Memberships begin at the time of first use and automatically expire at the end of the prepaid term.

Membership Management

• The purchasing customer is responsible for managing all associated memberships through the MY ACCOUNT page.
• Annual memberships may be frozen for a minimum of one month and up to three months per membership term at no cost.
• Each full month a membership is frozen will be added to the end of that membership’s prepaid term. For example, a two month freeze will extend the membership expiration date by two months.
• If managing multiple memberships, select each membership you wish to freeze. Freezing one member does not automatically freeze the other associated memberships.
• Freeze dates and other membership information can be managed through the online account.
• These memberships do not renew automatically and will expire at the end of their prepaid terms, including any extensions resulting from a freeze.
