Description
This event combines sound therapy with restorative yoga to promote deep relaxation and stress reduction. You’ll be immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls and additional instruments like drums and gongs, creating therapeutic frequencies that help synchronize brain waves, alleviate stress, promote better sleep, as well as so many other benefits. The sound bath is paired with gentle yin and restorative yoga, encouraging the release of physical tension and emotional balance while promoting flexibility and mental relaxation.
