This is a more relaxing style of yoga with simple poses that are held for extended periods of time (2-5 minutes). Yin yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. It is aimed at the connective tissues in the body to help increase the range of motion, reduce chronic pain, and promote relaxation. A beginner-friendly class with no inversions or flows required, Yin yoga is recommended after your climbing session!
