Morning Flow

This is a Vinyasa-style class where you link movement with breath. We start slowly to safely warm the muscles and joints, then ease into fluid movement using the breath to build heat within. This is an all-level class where the instructor will offer various options to modify or intensify the poses based on the body’s needs. This moving meditation will leave you feeling more balanced, flexible, and stronger in both body and mind.
