Supervision of a Novice

This form is required every 90 days, regardless of experience and whether you have supervised before.

Prior to completing this form you must be registered with Boulders, by having completed either the "Competent Climbers" or "Bouldering Only" registration.

As a supervisor you are responsible for the safety of your novice climber for the duration of their visit. If you do not feel you have the necessary experience to supervise a novice climber and keep them safe YOU MUST NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM.

Registered Unsupervised Climbers are permitted to supervise a maximum of TWO novices.

Registered External Providers, Instructors and Coaches are permitted to supervise a maximum of NINE novices.

All climbers at Boulders must be over the minimum age of 2 years old.
