Guardian/U18 FastTrack First Time
Hi, welcome to Boulders!
This form is for anyone new to Boulders, who is looking to use our bouldering areas and supervise minors. Please follow the process below, and ask if you have any questions.
Everyone using Boulders must have a valid and in date Acknowledgement of Risk [AOR] form before entering the climbing areas, regardless of competency or whether you have climbed at Boulders before.
- Watch the induction video. This is required for everyone.
- Click “Continue” to complete the Acknowledgement of Risk form. The details of anyone who will be climbing must be entered into this form.
After registering, please see one of our reception team to validate your registration. You will be asked a series of quick test questions to confirm you've watched the Bouldering Induction video and understand the risks involved.
No one can enter the climbing areas without a validated Acknowledgement Risk Form.
